  • When is Sukkot this year?
    Sukkot 2024 will begin in the evening of Wednesday October 16, 2024. Hoshana Rabbah will be on Wednesday October 23, 2024.
  • Do you offer different levels/types of Etrog sets?
    We offer a wide variety of Etrogim sets for all your needs and budgets, starting with our compact, basic Children’s set and ascending in quality/size up to our Superior set, which any Rabbi would be proud to use. Please contact us with any questions so that we can assess your needs and help with your selections.
  • What does each set include?
    Each hand picked set includes the Etrog, Lulav (palm branch) assembled with its holder and rings, Hadassim (myrtle branches), Aravot (willow branches), and a bag. Also included is a basic guide with information about Brachot (blessings) and Halachot (laws) of the Arba Minim (four species).
  • Are the Etrog and Lulav sets under kosher supervision?
    Yes, all of our items are under strict kosher rabbinical supervision.
  • How do I place an order?
    We offer the option of placing online orders, as well as downloading an order form, and/or contacting us via phone/email.
  • Do prices include shipping charges?
    Prices listed do not reflect shipping charges, which will be calculated and included on the invoice.
  • When do I pay my bill?
    A complete invoice including shipping charges will be sent after Sukkot.
  • Do you ship outside the U.S. ?
    At this time, we ship throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Do you sell Hoshanot (willows) sets for Hoshana Rabbah?
    Yes, we offer Hoshanot sets for Hoshana Rabbah. Please indicate your needs on the order form.
  • Do you offer Etrog sets without Pitoms?
    Yes, we offer both types of Etrogim- with and without Pitoms. If you would like Etrogim without Pitoms, please indicate in the request box or call/email us for more details.
  • Can I order extra sets of Hadassim (myrtle branches) and Aravot (willow branches)?
    Yes, you can request extra sets of Hadassim and Aravot at time of order.
  • Do you offer Deri Lulavim?
    Yes, we offer an option to upgrade to a Deri Lulav, which can be requested at time of order.
  • Do you accept credit card payments?
    At this time, we accept payments by check and Zelle only.
  • Can I change/modify my order after submitting my order form?
    Yes, please contact us via phone or email, and we will do our utmost best to accommodate your order changes/modifications.
